Paul Corley, Jr. – Principal
As founder and principal of Edward Andrews Homes, Mr. Corley is active in the day-to-day management of the firm, responsible for its overall direction and execution of its growth strategy. He manages the firm’s key relationships and contacts with bankers and investors as well as developers and builders.
Todd Hager – Principal
Mr. Hager’s senior management role extends to a wide range of activities, most critically, overseeing all aspects of financing for Edward Andrews Homes communities. To this role he brings a uniquely valuable combination: the technical knowledge of a civil engineer and expertise gained from managing financing over 10 years and 30 successful projects for PEC Development Group.
Scot Clark – President
As President of Edward Andrews Homes, Mr. Clark is responsible for the daily operations of all company departments, including field construction, home sales and marketing. His experience covers over a quarter-century in the construction industry. He earned a B.S. in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University.
Jimmy Anderson – Vice President of Construction
As Vice President of Construction for Edward Andrews Homes, Mr. Anderson oversees all home building activities, from contractor negotiation and selection to materials purchasing to scheduling to quality control. He brings to the Edward Andrews Homes executive team a distinguished career of significant contributions to national and local builders, including innovations that save builders, suppliers and home buyers time and money while assuring a finished product of uncompromising quality.
