As founder and CEO of Edward Andrews Homes, Mr. Corley is active in the day-to-day management of the firm, responsible for its overall direction and execution of its growth strategy. He manages the firm’s key relationships and contacts with bankers and investors as well as developers and builders.
Mr. Hager’s senior management role extends to a wide range of activities, most critically, overseeing all aspects of financing for Edward Andrews Homes communities. To this role he brings a uniquely valuable combination: the technical knowledge of a civil engineer and expertise gained from managing financing over 10 years and 30 successful projects for PEC Development Group.
George is the Chief Financial Officer of Edward Andrew Homes (“EAH”) and is responsible for the strategic financial vision and cost integrity of the Company. As such, George is responsible for implementing and maintaining stringent financial and accounting controls to ensure effective and efficient operating performance at all levels of the Company.
As Executive Vice President, Operations of Edward Andrews Homes, Mr. Clark is responsible for the daily operations of all company departments, including field construction, home sales and marketing. His experience covers over a quarter-century in the construction industry. He earned a B.S. in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University.
As Vice President of Construction for Edward Andrews Homes (“EAH”), Chip Perschino is responsible for the daily homebuilding operations of the company. Chip’s experience covers over 20 years of construction management experience, successfully completing 2,000 residential and mixed use commercial projects.
As Vice President of Sales for Edward Andrews Homes, Mr. DiMarzio leads one of Atlanta’s most experienced teams of sales agents in helping achieve individual and company goals, while also delivering a one-of-a-kind customer experience. As Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning for Edward Andrews Homes, Caroline Simmel uses her broad experience to provide market data analysis and feasibility studies for large scale lot and land acquisition opportunities and repositioning existing communities in the Atlanta markets. As an experienced real estate strategist, she focuses on target market demographics, product planning and price positioning, competitive profiling, and promotional efforts for both current and future Edward Andrews Homes communities.
As a 2nd generation participant in the Atlanta residential homebuilding business, Mr. Greene brings his unique experience to serve the Controller role for Edward Andrews Homes. In this role, Mr. Greene is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day accounting and financial operations for multiple operational entities, as well as measuring profitability and performance of the overall company.
As Director of Marketing and Operations, Ms. Cunningham oversees all aspects from overall promotion of Edward Andrews Homes to coordination of the entire marketing package for each of EAH’s individual communities. She manages relationships between EAH’s creative vendors, publications, events, signage, model home design and the sales team while keeping within a prescribed budget.
