Mr. Anderson’s innovations extend to a revolutionary scheduling process that efficiently sequences each stage of construction. His scheduling program, developed at Pulte and refined over the years, ensures a logical, comprehensive building process, where each step is completed in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. The improved economics impact all participants in the process and trickle down to home buyers in terms of passed along savings.
Mr. Anderson’s policies and programs have resulted in a significant, reliable, talented pool of nearly 70 contractors competing for Edward Andrews Homes projects. He is known among fellow construction professionals for creating and maintaining productive working environments, ensuring a full queue of well-qualified candidates at all times.
Mr. Anderson remains a dedicated student of his profession, actively pursuing continuing education opportunities. He is a licensed Georgia contractor, IRC 2000 certified, Level 1-A NPDES certified, and holds 10-hour OSHA Safety Certification.
