Scot Clark – Division President
As Division President of Edward Andrews Homes, Mr. Clark is responsible for the daily operations of all company departments, including field construction, home sales and marketing. His experience covers over a quarter-century in the construction industry. He earned a B.S. in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University.
In directing field management, Mr. Clark presides over a wide range of operations, from pre-development activities, to scheduling, to budget management and project coordination. He has implemented sophisticated scheduling processes and reporting functions that ensure work is completed on budget and closings are on schedule. His cost tracking and reporting systems provide for consistency and cost management and serve as the basis for accurately projecting costs for future projects.
In overseeing real estate sales and marketing, Mr. Clark negotiates and contracts with brokerage firms, and serves as the direct report for on-site sales personnel. His sales strategies, combined with key interactive and billboard media buys, have Edward Andrews Homes’ neighborhoods outpacing other competing communities in both lead generation and sales transactions.
Mr. Clark’s notable projects include phased expansions of two retail developments, a 400-unit apartment complex and several office buildings. He has managed construction operations for prestigious commercial projects, from his role as project engineer for Orlando’s Sea World Hotel to managing development activities for Atlanta’s first two new construction loft projects, the 10-story Buckhead Village Lofts and 16-story Mathieson Exchange Lofts.
Mr. Clark is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association and metro-Atlanta’s Council for Quality Growth. He is also a licensed Georgia contractor for residential and light commercial.
