Todd Hager – President

Mr. Hager’s senior management role extends to a wide range of activities, most critically, overseeing all aspects of financing for Edward Andrews Homes communities. To this role he brings a uniquely valuable combination: the technical knowledge of a civil engineer and expertise gained from managing financing over 10 years and 30 successful projects for PEC Development Group.

Mr. Hager and PEC have focused solely on the successful completion of residential projects. Their work includes the full realm of residential developments: mostly communities comprised of single-family homes, but also townhomes and multi-family housing.

As an engineer, his market and site selection analyses are used to measure the value of prospective land in terms of what the market will bear in lot prices and how those prices support the type of development and home price ranges envisioned for the land. In the case of Edward Andrews Homes, that involves developing a community with amenities unmatched by competing developments and building homes unmatched in detail and finish.

Mr. Hager has worked closely with Edward Andrews Homes CEO Paul E. Corley, Jr., since 1991, when they both were employed at Contech Construction Products. As sales engineer at Contech, Mr. Hager designed, marketed and sold civil engineering products to residential and commercial site developers and for highway construction projects. During this period, 1991 to 1997, he established key contacts and built enduring relationships with leading civil engineers, government officials, contractors, builders and developers. Mr. Hager partnered with Mr. Corley in PEC Development in 1997, and has continued to build on those relationships to include a broad circle of the region’s most respected bankers and building professionals.

Mr. Hager pursues his own professional development and helps direct the future of the building industry locally and nationally through his involvement with such organizations as the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Homebuilders, Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association and metro-Atlanta’s Council for Quality Growth.
